rouggy 589e0b9b6a style(details): size the Info tab fields to their contents
Six equal columns gave a US county name the same width as a two-digit CQ
zone: the county truncated while the zones, the prefix and the DXCC
number sat mostly empty. The row is twelve columns now, spans set per
field.

The bearing and the two distances are read-only and never exceed
"12345 km", so they move to a flex row at a fixed width and the address —
the one field here that was never wide enough — takes the remainder.

rouggy a4623e9ea3 feat(awards): refuse an ambiguous match on one-reference awards
Two DARC DOKs are both called "Gießen" — two clubs share the town. Exact
matching finds both and both are right as far as the matcher can tell, so
it kept both and the operator got a QSO credited to a DOK that may well
have been the other one.

Picking one is not an option: it writes a reference into the log with no
evidence behind it. So a Def can now be marked one reference per QSO, and
an ambiguous match on such an award assigns none, names the candidates in
the trace and leaves the contact under missing references — where the
operator's choice now sticks (06e3437).

Off by default, and deliberately NOT a revival of the old `Multi` flag: a
field holding several references (an n-fer POTA activation, a VUCC grid
line) is several references, correctly, and stays that way.

rouggy 06e34372ed fix: a hand-assigned award reference no longer loses to the matcher
Reported on the DARC DOK award, with DL2FDM: a German address matches two or
three DOKs, the operator deletes the wrong ones and assigns the right one, and
the next recompute puts the wrong ones straight back.

The manual reference was APPENDED to what the matcher found. Storage already
kept exactly one manual entry per award — setOverrideRef drops the previous one
— so it was an override everywhere except at the one place it mattered. The
operator was arguing with the matcher and could not win.

It now replaces. The trace records what was superseded, so a corrected QSO can
still be explained rather than being merely different. A QSO with no correction
keeps every automatic reference, which the test also pins: an override must not
quietly disable matching for everyone else.

This does not address the over-matching itself — an address containing "Berlin
Mitte, 10115 Berlin" genuinely matches two DOK descriptions. That is the next
question, and a separate one.

rouggy 3e22c4d1a3 feat: filter award references by mode class
All / CW / Phone / Digital, stacked on top of the worked/confirmed filter. The
question an operator actually has — which DXCC entities have I worked on CW but
not confirmed on CW — needs both at once; answering only one of them is what
sends people to a spreadsheet.

References carried bands but not modes, so the award computation now aggregates
mode CLASSES per reference, worked and confirmed separately. Classes, not ADIF
modes: nobody chasing CW cares whether the digital side was FT8 or RTTY, and a
list of twenty mode names would not answer the question. An unrecognised mode
counts as data rather than as nothing, so a new digital mode does not vanish
from the filter the day it appears.

Two rules the filter needs to be honest:

  - Not-confirmed means not confirmed ON THIS MODE. An entity worked on CW and
    confirmed on SSB is still a CW entity to chase, and that is exactly what the
    filter is for.
  - "Not worked" plus a mode is a contradiction — an unworked reference has no
    mode — so the mode filter stands aside there instead of emptying the list.

rouggy ad02583ef7 fix: recognise the microwave bands — 10 GHz resolved to no band at all
Reported on 3 cm. cat.BandFromHz stopped at 23 cm, so a 10 GHz frequency came
back EMPTY — and an empty band is not cosmetic: the QSO is logged without one,
counts in no award slot, and exports with no BAND field. The low end was short
too (2190m / 630m / 560m).

Four band tables had to be extended because four exist: the CAT one, the award
plan in app.go, the cluster spot classifier, and the frontend's. Plus the places
that LIST bands — the QSO editor and award-definition pickers (you could not set
3 cm by hand either), the statistics axis, and the award band ORDER, where a
missing band sorts to the end instead of in frequency order.

Ranges and names are ADIF 3.1.7, which is what an export has to carry.

A test now pins one frequency per band across the Go tables and asserts they
agree — that is what was missing, four hand-maintained copies with nothing
checking them. It also pins that an out-of-band frequency stays empty rather
than snapping to the nearest band, which would file a QSO under a band the
operator never used.

rouggy 2b3d118d84 feat: split settings DB from the QSO logbook (own file per profile)
Design flaw: opslog.db held BOTH the config (settings + profiles) AND the SQLite
logbook, so the only way to a separate SQLite logbook — the whole-app "change
database location" pointer — swapped the config too, wiping the operator's setup
(reported: creating a new SQLite for a visiting op lost all profiles/settings).

Now the two are separate files:
- Settings database: settings + profiles. Fresh installs name it settings.db;
  existing installs keep opslog.db.
- Logbook (QSOs): a dedicated logbook.db next to the settings db, or a
  per-profile file (profile.ProfileDB.Path), or MySQL. connectLogbook opens the
  logbook file (db.Open creates+migrates on first use); the settings db is used
  as the logbook only if the split ever fails.

One-time, non-destructive migration at startup: if there's no logbook file yet
but the settings db already holds QSOs (legacy combined opslog.db), seed
logbook.db with a clean copy via VACUUM INTO — contacts move to the logbook, the
originals stay in the settings db as an untouched backup.

UI: the Database panel now shows the settings database and this profile's logbook
as two clearly labelled sections (+ "Open folder"), and the logbook selector is
SQLite (default logbook.db, or a dedicated file via "Choose a dedicated file…")
vs MySQL — no more confusing shared/separate choice. New binding RevealDataFolder.

rouggy bf4fba484a feat: H26 award recognises each canton by its main cities (regex per reference)
Operators rarely write the canton in their address/QTH but do write the city.
Add a per-reference city regex to every one of the 26 cantons (same mechanism as
WAPC): the description match now fires on the canton NAME or any of its main
cities (Genève→GE, Lausanne→VD, Zürich→ZH, Bellinzona→TI, …), with accented and
ASCII/localised spellings. Scoped to DXCC 287 so cross-border city-name clashes
can't misfire. Catalog version bumped 1→2 so the update reaches anyone already
running H26 v1 (unless they've edited it).

rouggy 76e4288b9e feat: ship the Helvetia 26 (H26) award — 26 Swiss cantons, via the catalog
New built-in award file internal/award/catalog/h26.json (USKA "The Helvetia 26
Award HF"): 26-canton reference list, matches the canton from the QSO address
(OR-rule: QTH) by description, scoped to DXCC 287 (HB) on HF. Fixed a typo in
the description ("Swityerland"). Changelog entry added (EN+FR).

rouggy 0fa91c3d5f feat: ship DDFM v2 (postal-code OR-rule) via the award catalog so it reaches the team
DDFM now derives the French department from the address postal code, not only
from a note typed by hand — the catalog def gains the address OR-rule (\d{2}\d{3}
-> Dxx), France+Corsica scope, and version 2. On next launch every operator whose
DDFM is unedited auto-upgrades to it (user-edited copies are offered it); the
materialised award_refs then recompute so ~500+ French QSOs gain their department.

Also: a catalog definition update now clears the award_refs backfill flag, so any
future catalog bump self-heals the stored columns without a manual flag bump.

Backend (Go 1.25 / Wails v2):
- QSO storage on SQLite (modernc) with embedded migrations (0001..0005)
- Streaming ADIF import (batch insert) + WorkedBefore per callsign and DXCC
- Callsign lookup with QRZ.com + HamQTH providers (primary/failsafe routing)
  and SQLite-backed TTL cache
- DXCC resolver from cty.dat (auto-download, longest-prefix-match)
- Multi-profile operator identities (home/portable/SOTA/contest) — every
  QSO stamps MY_* from the active profile
- CAT control via OmniRig COM on a single OS-locked goroutine, with
  bidirectional sync (freq/mode/band/split/VFOs) and Rig1/Rig2 hot-swap
- Settings store (key/value), CAT debug log at %APPDATA%/HamLog/cat.log

Frontend (React 18 + TypeScript + Tailwind v4 + shadcn-style):
- Single-row entry strip with CAT-aware band/mode/freq, RST, Start/End
  UTC, per-field locks (band/mode/freq/start/end) for backdated QSOs
- Topbar: live freq (MHz.kHz.Hz dotted), live UTC, band/mode/SPLIT badges,
  CAT pill with rig selector and clickable Azimuth pill (rotor TODO)
- Settings tree: Profiles (Log4OM-style manager), Station Information
  (edits the active profile), unified Callsign Lookup with Test buttons,
  Bands/Modes lists, CAT
- Worked-before matrix (band × mode × class) with new-DXCC highlighting
- ADIF import from menu + Maintenance > Refresh cty.dat
