Three field reports.
Icom CI-V address 00 could not be kept: zero was read as "not
configured" in all three places that validate it, so every save put the
rig back to the IC-7610's 0x98 — and the model dropdown followed, since
it is derived from the address rather than stored. Picking "Other
(custom address)" also had no effect of its own: the list re-derived
itself and snapped back to whatever rig matched. It now stays chosen.
Cloudlog/Wavelog showed "17m/17m" on ordinary FT8 contacts (OE6CLD).
Every QSO is stamped with a receive side equal to the transmit side, and
the uploaded record carried it; Wavelog draws band/band_rx whenever both
are there. In ADIF an absent BAND_RX means "same as transmit", so the
uploaded record now writes the receive side only when it differs. The
copy forwarded to another logger over UDP keeps writing it in full —
that is why it was stamped in the first place (Log4OM reads BAND_RX) —
through its own ForwardRecordADIF.
"S/F" in a spot comment joins superfox / sfox / F-H as FT8.
TQSL validates MY_CNTY against the ADIF secondary-subdivision list,
which is the US county enumeration — 'XX,County' with a two-letter
state. A Canadian profile produced 'ONTARIO,Kawartha' (the export joined
MY_STATE onto the county wholesale) and TQSL refused the whole record.
Two layers: adifCounty only prefixes a two-letter state, so exports stop
manufacturing the invalid shape; and UploadLoTW scrubs any MY_CNTY that
is not the US shape before signing — MY_STATE and MY_GRIDSQUARE already
locate the station for LoTW, and the US form survives for the county
hunters. Table-tested.
Two new QSO columns, clublog_qso_download_status/date — a Club Log MATCH,
the service's own confirmation (both stations uploaded the QSO, paired
within 15 minutes). Full promoted-column lockstep: migration 0031, repo
insert/scan, ADIF dictionary + import + export (app-defined
CLUBLOG_QSO_DOWNLOAD_*), table columns, filter builder, bulk edit and the
QSO editor's Club Log row.
The QSL Manager's Club Log entry now actually downloads: getmatches.php
with the existing account settings and the embedded application key,
incremental via the match-completion date filter, matched call+band+mode
±15 min with a mode-blind fallback because Club Log reports 'false' for
modes it cannot infer. Matches always exist on both sides, so unmatched
ones are listed rather than skeleton-added.
And Super Check Partial can merge Club Log's weekly SCP list (~180k calls
worked on the air in the last 3 years) with MASTER.SCP — an opt-in
checkbox under the SCP setting.
QSL_VIA is the manager. QSL_SENT_VIA and QSL_RCVD_VIA are the ADIF "QSL Via"
enumeration — B bureau, D direct, E electronic, M manager (import-only) —
and say how a card travelled. OpsLog had one column for all three:
- the import folded QSL_SENT_VIA into QSL_VIA whenever QSL_VIA was empty,
which is exactly a Log4OM export (it defaults QSL_SENT_VIA to E), so
OE6CLD saw "E" everywhere OpsLog shows the manager;
- QSL_RCVD_VIA was listed in adifPromoted with no column behind it, so it
was not stored, not kept among the extras, and not exported — dropped
outright on import;
- neither was ever written on export, so an import followed by an export
destroyed both;
- and OpsLog polluted the field itself: the QSL Manager panel wrote
"Bureau" / "Direct" / "Electronic", in full words, into QSL_VIA.
Two columns added (migration 0027), carried through the five places a
promoted ADIF field has to touch, with round-trip tests pinning the reported
case. The QSL panel now offers Bureau / Direct / Electronic for each
direction and stores the enumeration; the manager field is labelled as the
manager and holds only that. M is kept when a file gives it and never
written back out.
Existing logs hold a mixture of the two in one column. The repair is offered,
not performed: the count is shown once per log with a plain question, and a
"no" is remembered. It moves only where QSL_SENT_VIA is still empty, and only
values that normalise to the enumeration — a manager is a callsign and can
never be one of those six words, which a test pins against real manager calls.
ADIF defines CNTY as "STATE,COUNTY" — "GA,BARROW". OpsLog wrote the bare county
name, which a receiving logger cannot resolve: county names repeat across
states, and there is a Washington County in thirty of them. The award engine
here was never affected, since it reads the columns rather than the ADIF; the
damage was to every file we hand to someone else.
One writer covers everything — writeRecord — so this fixes file exports and the
LoTW, Club Log, HRDLog and QRZ uploads together. MY_CNTY gets the same
treatment.
The county alone is still written when no state is known: a bare name is worth
more than nothing, and inventing a prefix would be worse than either. A value
that already carries a comma passes through untouched, so re-exporting an
imported record cannot double the prefix.
Import is the mirror: "GA,BARROW" fills both columns, and a file carrying the
bare county — as OpsLog's own older exports do — still imports unchanged. The
state parsed out of CNTY only fills a blank STATE, never overrides it: STATE is
the dedicated field and the more specific statement.
Global "Export to ADIF" gains a third option "Choose fields…" next to the
standard-only and full-OpsLog choices, and right-clicking selected QSOs adds
"Export selected — choose fields…". The picker separates official ADIF 3.1.7
fields (grouped by category) from OpsLog/non-standard tags actually present in
the log (discovered via DistinctExtraKeys over extras_json), with All/None per
group and reset-to-defaults; the selection is persisted per user.
Backend: adif.Exporter gains a Fields allow-set that gates every promoted and
extras field in writeRecord; app.go ExportADIF/ExportADIFFiltered/
ExportADIFSelected take a fields []string param, plus new ADIFExtraFields.
