rouggy 0e1e7d9f3c feat(cat): ID 022 is a TS-990S ...

Reported by one in the field. Kenwood's documentation gives 024 for that
radio; both are mapped rather than betting on which is right, and the log
no longer reads "Kenwood (022)".
